Andisa Liba joins Floatpays as its new chief people officer

Andisa Liba has been appointed as the new chief people officer at SA fintech startup, Floatpays.

Liba joins Floatpays with 15 years of experience in human resources. She provided executive support to President Cyril Ramaphosa in his former role as the founder and owner of Shanduka Group in one of her first positions. Later, she held leadership positions at numerous blue-chip companies. Recently, she managed and supervised the people agenda at Cisco Africa, a technology company.
