Rape Crisis Cape Town needs creative ideas and support
Rape Crisis Cape Town would like to embark on a creative campaign that will raise awareness on rape and need your help to develop a creative and innovative campaign and slogan that will make the public want to make a difference.
155 women and children report rape on a daily basis in South Africa. We all need to make the difference to ensure that we live our lives free from fear.
Based in Observatory, Manenberg and Khayelitsha, Rape Crisis Cape Town Trust (RCCTT) is a registered non-profit organisation that has been dealing with the issue of violence against women, with a special emphasis on rape since 1976. Our organisation has adopted a multifaceted approach through both preventative and supportive services.
The NGO environment has become tougher for many organisations and it has become imperative that Rape Crisis start to think out of the box and create innovative and creative strategies to raise awareness to ensure we are able to continue providing services to rape survivors and communities in general.
As a non-profit organisation, we depend on external funds to provide our services and we are requesting your support by assisting Rape Crisis develop creative and innovative ways to raise awareness on rape and Rape Crisis Cape Town without scaring them about the horror that is associated with rape.
