Stand-up comedy has become a prevailing form of entertainment in South Africa, however there is a lack of opportunities for potential comics to perform and develop their talent in the Cape Town Region. Formed by a group of local comedians, Comic Stand is passionate about this art form and want to promote and produce stand-up comedy events thus creating opportunities for up-and-coming comics to perform with well-established headline comics!
