Job description
The role:
- This is a design-first role for someone who loves the craft of creating beautiful, considered work.
- You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of global brands—helping to create new brands, evolve existing identities and bring them to life across multiple channels and media.
- From brand identity and campaign creative to digital, social, websites, retail, packaging, presentations and print, you’ll take a strong visual idea and ensure it translates beautifully wherever the brand shows up.
- You’ll work closely with our senior design lead and wider creative team, moving between brand creation, visual identity, art direction and day-to-day design execution.
- We’re looking for someone with excellent design instincts: strong typography, composition, colour, image selection and visual storytelling. Someone who understands that a brand is more than a logo—and knows how to build a coherent visual world around it.
- This is a hands-on role.
- You’ll spend most of your time designing.
- You’ll be expected to bring ideas, challenge the obvious and care deeply about the details, while producing consistently excellent work across different brands, audiences and formats.
What you'll be doing:
- You’ll create and develop work across brand identity, visual systems, campaigns, social, digital, websites, landing pages, retail, packaging, presentations, print and marketing collateral.
- You’ll help build brands from the ground up and take established brands into new spaces—ensuring the visual language remains distinctive, consistent and beautifully executed wherever it appears.
- You’ll work from initial concepts through to final artwork, contributing ideas, developing visual routes and translating approved creative into complete suites of assets across different formats and channels.
- And you’ll take responsibility for the details that separate good design from great design: typography, hierarchy, composition, colour, imagery, consistency and craft.
- Because we’re an AI-native agency, you’ll also have access to emerging creative technology that can help accelerate exploration and production. AI is part of the toolkit here—but strong design thinking and exceptional craft come first.
Who we're looking for:
- You have 4–6 years’ experience in a creative agency, branding studio or strong design environment, with a portfolio that makes us want to keep scrolling.
- You’re particularly strong in brand identity, typography, layout and visual design, and you can demonstrate how you’ve taken brands across multiple channels and applications.
- You’re comfortable moving between different brands and visual languages without losing the quality of your thinking or execution. You can take an established identity and work confidently within it, but you’re equally excited by the blank page and the opportunity to create something new.
- Experience across technology, SaaS, crypto, beauty, healthcare, medical aesthetics, luxury, retail, consumer products or non-profit would be useful, but brilliant work and strong design thinking matter more.
- You’re confident in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, comfortable working in Figma, and know your way around PowerPoint and the Microsoft 365 environment.
- You don't need to be an AI specialist. But you should be curious. We want designers who are interested in tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly and Midjourney and how they can enhance—not replace—great design. If you are adept at Blender - even better!
- Most importantly, you care about the work.
- You notice when something is three pixels out. You obsess over the typeface. You know when a layout isn't quite there yet. You can take feedback without taking it personally, and you want to work alongside people who care as much about the final result as you do.
