Hospitality H1 distributable earnings per combined linked unit down 7.4% to 82.45c

Property group Hospitality (HPB‚ HBA) said on Wednesday interim distributable earnings per combined linked unit to end December were down 7.4% to 82.45c.

The A-linked unit distribution of 73.33c (2014: 69.83c) showed a 5% increase‚ consistent with the forecast and the distribution policy. The distribution of the B-linked unit declined 52.6% to 9.12c (2014: 19.25c)‚ in line with the forecast of 9c.

The short-term outlook for the economy and the hospitality sector remains uncertain‚ it said.
