Competition Commission approves Growthpoint-Acucap deal

Growthpoint Properties and Acucap Properties announced that the Competition Commission had approved the acquisition of Acucap by Growthpoint without conditions. The two property groups said in a joint statement the Competition Tribunal had yet to give the deal its blessing. Early last week, Acucap shareholders accepted the Growthpoint offer.
