Read Between The Lines (RBTL) Collective is a training and business consulting company, focused on providing essential skills transference, based on practical and niche-market experience. The Company was established in April 2015 with the view to share knowledge through experienced-based learning for professionals in the advertising, marketing and communications industry.
RBTL draws from a select pool of professional companies and individuals, who have hands-on experience in their fields of expertise. They include top-level business executives, prominent attorneys, production experts, public figures, and academics. RBTL also offers bespoke seminars, tailored around companies' requirements after a "needs analysis" immersion session.
The general concept of learning through experience is ancient. In 350 BCE, Aristotle wrote in the Nichomachean Ethics "for the things we have to learn before we can do them, we learn by doing them."
Read Between The Lines seminars are practical - we are not a replacement for formal theory training through higher learning facilities, advertising and marketing schools.
Our seminars are focused, experienced-based interactive sessions. Once the delegate has completed his or her theory-based learning they require some time in a working environment.
We believe that delegates then require time with experienced working professionals who share on-the-job knowledge in a small group learning environment, to solidify the delegates' knowledge and career growth.
