Competition to find marketing intern begins on Facebook
The candidate has the opportunity to learn sports and brand marketing skills, whilst sharing his or her knowledge of the online world. In addition to the experience, the winner will receive R30 000 in prize money, R10 000 product, a Blackberry Playbook and other perks.
Make up a CV
The entrants must prove the power of their creativity and submit a made-up CV for the best job they've never had on the Facebook page. The application with the most votes will get an all-expenses paid trip to Cape Town for an interview.
The 'job' also includes online competition management and 'online innovation', ie implementing new ways of keeping the relationship going with the brand's online community," says Oakley brand manager, Taryn Ryan. "It's an opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career to make their mark and get ahead."
The campaign has started and runs until the end of November 2011.
