Sharing their culinary skills, Namibian-born Anja van Zyl and her team exhibit their cooking flair in the open-plan kitchen and at the tapas bar counter where guests can enjoy a birds-eye view. She combines South African inspired flavours with European cuisine, adding a modern spin, but keeping it simple with fresh flavours, techniques and combinations.
The choice is overwhelming from bite-sized hot and cold tapas, wooden boards of irresistible tapas selections, to the more substantial bistro fare or enticing Ripiena-style pressed pizzas and beech oven pizzas. All this can be enjoyed with Asara wines by the glass or the bottle.
