Ari and René Caretsos have enjoyed a career in the catering industry for the past 12 years which began as a combined result of Ari's passion for cooking and René's passion for entertaining.

They started with a coffee shop in Umhlanga, Durban, and subsequently expanded their business to include private and corporate catering, which they offer from the corporate boardroom to the private home.

Le Privé Fine Dining Room, in Sandton, is their latest venture and its setting, in an elegant private home, is designed to give diners a unique home-from-home dining experience.
