Umduduzi hosts fundraising breakfast
Umduduzi - Hospice Care for Children, a non-profit organisation providing care and support to children with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses in KwaZulu-Natal, is hosting its first fundraising breakfast on 15 May at the Botanic Gardens in Durban at 8.30am.

Guest speaker, Nicola Jackman, is an award-winning actress, voice artist and joy catalyst. She has been effecting a more joyful, positive consciousness in Southern Africa and is the founder of the UPLiftment Programme.
Symptom management
Services at Umduduzi involves pain and symptom management and counselling support for both child and family. Believing that all children have the right to fun, education and play, Umduduzi also runs a structured play room and programme for children admitted to a local chronic health care facility where ill children can spend months at a time.
Dr. Julia Ambler, co-founder of Umduduzi, stated that this event will not only be about a delicious breakfast to support a good cause, but is also an opportunity to hear something new and positive. Each guest will receive a goody bag and stand the chance to win some amazing prizes. All proceeds will go towards the continuing work of the organisation.
