Marine EcoTour seeks educational sponsorship
"The tour is aimed at making people more aware of the importance and complexity of the marine environment. Above all, we want them to have a great experience, observing some of the magical creatures of the sea at close range," says David de Villiers of OceanAdventurer.
The Marine EcoTour is offered by OceanAdventurer in partnership with the Two Oceans Aquarium, which trains the on-board guides. Guides are marine biologists, and have an in-depth knowledge of their subject.
The Marine EcoTour provides an educational excursion for school children and is being offered to schools at special rates. Companies are being invited to join an educational sponsorship programme.

Passengers spend 90 minutes in the bay on a custom-built, environmentally friendly catamaran getting close-up views of various forms of marine life while the guide explains the marine ecosystem in the bay as well as the sightings.
While sightings vary at different times of the year, they include close-up views of dolphins, penguins, seals, and sunfish, as well as bird species such as gannets, cormorants and terns. Sightings of various species of whale are also surprisingly common.
