The new majors will equip graduates with the knowledge, skills and values for specific career opportunities in the fields of business, management, marketing and human resources. For example, graduates majoring in Human Resources will come away with the skills required for understanding and managing contemporary marketing management problems and equipped for a career in marketing or the essential knowledge and skills to lead and manage people within organisations - the first step to qualify as a Human Resource Practitioner.
