×Channel24 reports that Britain's Insolvency Service has listed Brian Travers, Jimmy Brown, Terence Oswald and Norman Hassan as insolvent following a declaration in the Birmingham County Court.
The four could now have their property seized by the tax officers to pay their outstanding debts. The insolvency case came about as a result of the failure of the group's record label and management company DEP International.
