Showcasing a broad range of top artists from Africa and across the world, the MTN Bushfire 2021 Hybrid Festival Series will feature performances, regional collaborations, content, the long-awaited MTN Bushfire Firefly finale, up-close-and-personal access to artists, industry workshops, masterclasses, as well as activations supported by the #BringYourFire social mandate.
The series will culminate in one of the most exciting multicultural hybrid festival events to be seen on the African continent. This finale will combine customised and upgraded immersive online experiences with a scaled-down and Covid-19 protocol-focused in-person event, enabling fans to gather safely.
People holding tickets to the main MTN Bushfire Festival can remain secure in the knowledge that all festival tickets, camping and glamping passes that have been purchased for either the 2020 or 2021 festival will still be honoured and remain valid for the 2022 MTN Bushfire Festival. Ticket-holders who won’t be able to make it to the festival in 2022 will have the opportunity to re-sell tickets on a secure online platform that will be launched closer to the festival, on a date to be announced.
