Brit rapper Stormzy to headline Rocking the Daisies 2020
Rocking the Daisies has announced award-winning British rapper, singer and songwriter Stormzy as its headline performer for 2020. The 15th Rocking the Daisies festival will be held at Cloof Wine Estate in Darling, Western Cape from 2 to 4 October 2020.
In 2014, Stormzy garnered attention on the UK underground music scene through his Wicked Skengman series of freestyles over classic grime beats. As the first black solo British citizen to headline Glastonbury Festival on the Pyramid stage, Stormzy made history, donning a custom stab-proof vest by iconic modern artist Banksy.
Stormzy is ready to make history once again as he takes to the stage at South Africa’s biggest three-day music experience; his first performance in South Africa.
