Prepare for Superbalist is Rocking the Daisies
Step one – You’ve got your ticket
Ticket transfers close on Wednesday, 5 October 2016 at 5pm. All tickets can be transferred online and will cost R50.
Step two – Download the Rocking the Daisies App
This gives you full line-up times of the 250 acts on offer and other information.
Step three - Packing for Daisies
Remember we love the environment, so pack lightly. Bring your refillable water bottle as water points are dotted around the festival site. Pack for warm days and very chilly nights.
Step four – Load your cashless cards
No need to be carrying around those 10s and 20s, we’ve gone cashless with Howler Loaded. For the first time in South Africa, you’ll use your Superbalist is Rocking the Daisies wristband to transact within the entire festival. Load up with any amount that suits you, online before the event, at the pre-collection or at one of the six Get Loaded stations strategically located within the event. Tap your fabric wristbands to pay at a bar, merchandise, food or trader stand to instantly complete your transaction. No pin, no incorrect change, no card or cash needed. You will be able to cash out 14 days after the festival.
Step five – Remember #DaisiesSpringClean2016
On Sunday you may donate clothing items for #DaisiesSpringClean2016. Whether it’s a jacket or a jersey, leave it at #SxRtD2016 for someone who could really use it. You can bring those old forgotten favourites to the festival as well - simply hand them in when you arrive. Find us at the re-entrance gate on Thursday and Friday, and at the exit gates on Sunday.
Step six – Purchase the official Superbalist is Rocking the Daisies merchandise
Attendees may buy Superbalist is Rocking the Daisies merchandise at the Daisies Shop located at the Main Stage.
If you’ve pre-collected your ticket, gates open on Thursday 6 October at 10am and 12pm for those who have not pre-collected tickets. Friday, Saturday and Sunday gates open at 8am.
The festival has made a few new additions like a Superbalist concept lounge, Hoop Flow Love, Trash Exchange, Laughing Yoga, The Hammock Garden, The Whisky and Mo Chill Area and The Secret Stage. There will also be more shade, security, showers and ablutions and bars.
Those who cannot make it to the festival may watch the international acts perform in Jo’burg at the Superbalist In the City Weekend. Check out www.inthecityjhb.co.za for all info.
