KZN-based alternative comedian impresses at Upbeat Fest

Glen Bo, billed as one of RSA's best alternative comedians wowed a sold-out crowd at the Kearsney College, Upbeat Festival last weekend. On the bill Bo and Micheal Niker, Bo's his alternative-improv-surrealism was a huge hit with the crowd, so much so he has been invited back to perform at their Easter Rugby Gala in 2010.

Bo heads up to Joburg next weekend to represent Durban at the Soweto Comedy Festival at the Maponya Mall, Soweto with the rest of RSA's top stand-ups.

"Glen stole the show, we are uttely impressed, the boys, staff and punters alike all were blown away we have never recived such great feedback, we want him back!" Kearsney, Upbeat Festival organisers.

Glen Bo's new one man show is scheduled to premier in Durban at the Punchlines! Comedy Club in October and tour around RSA.

Next show in Durban: Wed, 2nd Sept, Punchlines! Comedy Club, Harveyz Wallbangerz, Durban.
