  So declared Judge Roland Sutherland in the Johannesburg high court, and he then ordered the Minister of Police to hand over the list of national key points to the applicants: Right2Know Campaign, the South African History Archive and the Mail & Guardian.

  Right2Know Gauteng co-ordinator Dale McKinley said: "We feel great at the moment. It's very important that the court found in our favour."
