Second Africa Fashion Week for London
Following its successful launch in 2011, Africa Fashion Week London (AFWL) will be held in Spitalfields Traders Market, located in Crispin Place London, E1 from 3-4 August 2012, a venue with a capacity for 10 000 visitors.
The 2011 show had over 50 international designers showcase their collections to 4700 attendees. With the Olympics scheduled for 27 July-12 Aug 2012, the show is expected to attract much higher attendance from some of the 7 million visitors eager to view a two-day display of fashion, art, music and food.
