FNB customers who qualify for rewards can now earn up to 15% back in eBucks, or in the case of Smart transmission account holders, up to 15% back in pre-paid airtime.
This includes their purchases from Checkers, Shoprite, Checkers Hyper, USave and LiquorShop when paying with a FNB or RMB Private Bank card.
Customers are also able to spend their eBucks at these stores. To do this, members simply need to swipe their eBucks card at the till point, with the option of paying in full with eBucks or part-paying in both Rands and eBucks in a single transaction.
Customers can earn up to 2.5% for their every day shopping and up to 15% back on fuel when paying with their qualifying FNB or RMB Private Bank card; and earn up to 15% back on prepaid airtime when bought through the bank's electronic channels.
"By adding a food retail partner of this calibre to our existing partner portfolio, we have further extended the appeal and tangible value of eBucks Rewards to FNB and RMB Private Bank customers," said Jolandé Duvenage, eBucks CEO.
FNB and RMB Private Bank customers can earn and spend their eBucks at the following outlets: Checkers, Checkers Hyper, Checkers LiquorShop, Shoprite, Shoprite LiquorShop and Usave.
All purchases at these outlets qualify, except for transactions at Money Market counters, Computicket, MediRite Pharmacies and cash withdrawals at tills.
