Mount Grace Country House & Spa open for business
Following several enquiries Mount Grace Country House & Spa would like to assure its clientele, suppliers and partners that the hotel is open for business and operating as usual.
This stems from last week's joint announcement by Hyprop Investments and African Sun that The Grace Hotel in Rosebank would be closing its doors on 31 August 2011 following the termination of the lease agreement with the hotel's operators Africa Sun.
"Mount Grace Country House & Spa, The Grace in Rosebank and Cape Grace are not owned by the same company. Mount Grace is owned by Hospitality Property Fund and managed by extrabold Hotel Management," said Ross Owen, Mount Grace's operations manager.
The Brand family previously owned the three properties. Mount Grace was sold to HPF in February 2007. The hotel is marketed by African Pride.
