Three Cities buys Constantia Hotel, Midrand

The Three Cities Hotel Group has acquired the Constantia Hotel, Midrand, bringing the number of properties in the group to 33. The hotel is close to the Gautrain station, local shopping malls aand OR Tambo International.

"The acquisition forms part of the organic growth of the Three Cities group and the Constantia Hotel will profit from the group's powerful, well-established management team," said the Three Cities Hospitality Group's CEO, Michael Lambert.

The Constantia Hotel contains 49 recently refurbished, well-appointed rooms set around an enclosed pool patio area with 12 rooms containing self-catering units. Other facilities include flat-screen TVs with DSTV Bouquet and Wireless Internet available throughout.

The hotel also contains a business centre and state-of-the-art conference facilities, which can hold up to 300 delegates along with boardrooms for smaller meetings.
