Etihad voted best airline at Cape Town International
The United Arab Emirates airline, Etihad Airways, was voted Best International Airline at Cape Town International Airport at the Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) Feather Awards held recently.
The annual awards recognise airline service excellence at all ACSA airports and are the result of a passenger perceptions based survey conducted each month throughout the year. The following criteria are used when calculating the winners:
- Airline service quality average
- Quality management system average
15 minute on-time performance average.
Maurice Phohleli, Etihad Airways' GM of South Africa, said: "This award demonstrates that Etihad continues to invest in its customers by providing quality service both in the air and on the ground.
"We have come a long way since Etihad launched its Cape Town service in October 2009 and we are delighted that our customers and guests have recognised Etihad through this award."
