The categories for the awards were:

Best Leisure Hotel
Guest House and BB
Arts & Crafts
Tour Guide
Tour Operator
Outdoor & Leisure

Riverside Hotel was selected as a finalist in three of the eight categories and announced overall winner of the Best Conferencing and Accommodation Hotel and Best F&B Delivery categories.
