Perdeberg Winery hosts Pinotage and Biltong Festival

The event, which takes place over the weekend of 23 and 24 April, promises to be a fun day for everyone. Situated at the foothills of the Paardeberg Mountain in Paarl, this weekend is the perfect excuse to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

Attendees will be able to sample Pinotage paired with a range of biltong products and experience Perdeberg’s Endura Winemaker’s Selection Cape Red - which is not usually available for tasting.

Another gem from the Perdeberg range not to miss out on is the Dry Land Collection Resolve Pinotage. On the nose, this wine shows a distinctive spiciness with undertones of fresh cherries and strawberry cordial.

These two wines, together with other wines in their portfolio as well their craft beer range and bubbly will be available throughout the weekend’s festivities.

For those familiar with the Pinotage and Biltong Festival, it will be no surprise that there are another 17 wine cellars participating in the festival. This affords you the unique opportunity to taste the wines of a number of wine regions all in one place! Each wine is paired with a specific kind of biltong to highlight the wine’s attributes.
