SAACI Conference early bird registration closes today
The 2013 national congress of the Southern African Association for the Conference Industry (SAACI) will be held at the Boardwalk Convention Centre in Port Elizabeth, 28-30 July. Today, 28 May, is the last day to take advantage of the early bird registration offer.
Congress chairman, Andrew Stewart says the event will address topics related to legal issues, marketing, human resources and hybrid events. "Presentations will give delegates real, practical take-home value, assisting them to improve their businesses."
Speakers include Prof Matthew Lester of the Rhodes Business School, Alec Gilbert, past CEO of the Durban ICC and current CEO of the Adelaide Convention Centre, James Rees of the Excel Convention Centre in London and business events industry expert Dirk Elzinga.
"In addition to the strong academic programme, quality social events and pre-event tours are on offer."
