Drum Beat show offers Johannesburg drinks, food, music
Drum Beat Ekurhuleni will be held 1-2 June 2012 at the Birchwood Hotel & Conference Centre. Sponsored by Toyota South Africa, it offers Chris Koch, an independent whisky connoisseur, who will unlock the mystery of the House of Johnnie Walker and The Jacobs Connect Café van on site, which will be handing out free cups of coffee.
Patrons are urged to bring a blanket and then donate it at the blanket drive collection point after the show, for donation to charitable organisations looking after homeless people.
Tickets cost R400 each for Friday (1 stage), which includes food and drinks to the value of R150. Tickets for Saturday cost R250 each (3 stages) for entry only. Two-day tickets are not available. Buy tickets at www.ticketbreak.co.za or go to the Facebook page for more.
