Hotel & Restaurant turns 70

South Africa's oldest business-to-business title - Hotel & Restaurant - has produced a bumper issue to mark 70 years of continuous publishing this month. The issue highlights developments in the industry over the past decade as well as current trends and the challenges that lie ahead.

This anniversary issue features two major statistical studies by acknowledged experts of travel and tourism figures and a World Travel and Tourism Council analysis of the effects on global tourism of the London bombings.

The occasion has also presented the opportunity for the magazine to adopt a new look in keeping with modern, international B2B trends.

Hotel & Restaurant is part of the Ramsay, Son & Parker stable. It was established as The SA Hotel Review in 1935 and brought into the RS&P fold in 1950, when it was renamed The Hotel & Catering Review.
