New head of services at Basset

In his new position, Sebardt will be managing and developing Basset's Services, which includes support services, change management and managed services. His vision is to build a state-of-the-art service offering, for Basset to become even more customer-focused and aligned with the needs and demands of the market.

"To build and expand our service offering further is of strategic importance for Basset and an action to become the partner and advisor that gives the operators more value," said Christian Ledin, COO of Basset.

International experience

Sebardt has been with Basset since 2006 when he joined the company as project manager. In 2010 he was appointed head of project management. Before joining Basset, he worked at Verizon Business in both Sweden and the UK.

"I am looking forward to the new challenge and task at hand. My primary objective is to provide added value to our customers through our solutions. From my background in project management and training I will primarily bring two things to the services: the importance of a structured approach to work and clear communication," he said.
