Decorex Joburg launches new Decorex Designer Collection

Decorex SA marks its 18th anniversary with the launch of the Decorex Designer Collection, a quirky, colourful range of homeware and signature products by nine South African designers whose work will be sold at a hip pop-up shop at Decorex Joburg at Gallagher Convention Centre 5-9 August 2011.

"Not only does this range create a valuable, very visible platform for these local designers, it also gives South Africans a beautiful range of very desirable pieces everyone would want to live with. Show visitors also love to shop for smaller, affordable, yet high quality décor items to buy on the spot," explains Nika Smit, senior project and brand manager.

Melanie Robinson, portfolio director of Decorex South Africa, adds, "This new range follows on the success of our first retail range Decorex Limited. Summer entertaining has been the inspiration for the range, which is about slowing down, enjoying the essential things in life, like spending time at home with family and friends. The items all reflect the loosening up of the way we South Africans love to live and entertain."

The range offers a modern colour palette of grey, naturals, turquoise with a dash of indigo.
