SARCDA Christmas show features Cape crafters
A mixture of international as well as local exhibitors will take part in SARCDA Christmas 2010, to be held 18-22 August 2010 at Gallagher Convention Centre, Midrand. The exhibition managers expect the show to attract about 450 exhibitors.

Amongst these are the Cape Craft and Design Institute (CCDI), which will market the best of handmade Western Cape craft and design products from ceramics, beadwork and soft toys to stationery, brass and copper jewellery by the likes of Stoor Ceramics, Earthbutter Beads, Woomen Plush Toys, Brass images and The Letter Press Company.
Many of the its exhibitors have taken part in the CCDI's market access, creativity and business training programmes and their product branding confirms that they are beautiful, of high quality, innovative, contemporary and diverse.
Originally geared at pharmacies that ventured into gift lines, the South African Retail and Chemists Druggist Association (SARCDA) is now an independent trade name servicing retail, gift, toy and décor industries.
