    WineX is coming to Jozi

From Wednesday 27 to Friday 29 October 2010 at the Sandton Convention Centre, the Cape's top wine makers make the trip to Gauteng to meet the province's wine lovers, share past award winners and introduce the latest vintages and new labels at the 2010 RMB WineX show.

The three-night show again has a selection of South Africa's top cellars under one roof with a smattering of new cellars, complemented with boutique cheeses, artisanal olives and olive products, stemware and wine accessories.

    Plan the show

Those whose intention it is to focus on specific wine varieties and styles may plan their 'wine trail' in advance and book the two-night pass to make the most of their experience. The introduction of Le Nez du Vin aroma kits, designed to enhance the olfactory senses, will add to the wine encounter.

There is a comprehensive festival guide with floor plan and wine lists on the 200 exhibitors and 1000 wines. The Shop@Show facility, managed by Norman Goodfellows, enables wine lovers to purchase wines at competitive prices with the added benefit of door-to-door delivery.

The Talk Radio 702 Best-Wines-on-Show ballot allows wine consumers to have their say by voting for their best white and red wines tasted at the show, with a number of prizes to be won by voters.

WineX, sponsored by Rand Merchant Bank together with associate sponsors British Airways (operating as Comair Limited), Business Day, Talk Radio 702 and RMB Private Bank, encourages responsible consumption and offers the services of Corporate Cabs for safe transport home.
