StarSat opens customer experience centre in Pretoria

StarSat opened its first customer experience centre in Pretoria on Saturday 5 July. It intends opening further centres in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban in the next few months.

StarSat opens customer experience centre in Pretoria

Current and future subscribers living in Pretoria now have a dedicated team in their area to assist with the purchasing of new decoders, technical queries, subscriptions and installations.

"The launch of the centre is a clear indication that the company is committed to ensuring that its customers are able to receive a high level of service with the minimum amount of fuss," said Marius Liebenberg head: sales, StarTimes Media South Africa, the company that is the operational service provider to subscribers.
