Conference delegates can visit the Leaders Unlimited stand to complete the questionnaire. CEOs and HR professionals are encouraged to complete the survey online from 1 November. The deadline for participation is 15 December 2009 and the results will be released in March 2010.
The survey will give South African leaders and HR professionals a chance to benchmark their company's human management opinions and practices against their industry result and against the total survey result. Participants will have these results emailed to them by TerraNova during March 2010 as a valuable reward for their participation.
Leaders Unlimited, supported by IPM in conjunction with People Dynamics Magazine, have commissioned the report. Johannesburg-based TerraNova Research will compile and analyse the results.
The results of the survey aim to provide executive management and HR professionals with a solid base from which to make important strategic decisions regarding talent management and leadership development in their organisations.
