New training for Ocean Basket, Braza franchisees

"Our goal is to motivate each franchisee, give training in the most efficient way, reinforce the training through repetition and reward and keep at it," says Corne van Straaten, national training manager at Ocean Basket.

The training programme utilises a professional skills development facilitator and has been developed to include an accredited diploma course in food and beverage management.

Franchisees will also undergo training before being granted a franchise restaurant.
