The results will be derived from the Avusa Media commissioned survey, undertaken by TNS Research Surveys, which conducted a national survey of over 4000 South African respondents. By utilising non-input questions - such as brand familiarity, brand rating experience and brand presence - insights were gained on respondents' favourite retailers.
"It is once again a privilege to be able to honour South Africa's top retailers," says Natalie Stephan, head of trade marketing and CRM at Avusa Media. "In what is still being viewed as a post-recession climate, it is especially important to acknowledge the retailers that are standing the test of time and continue to cater for consumers' basic and luxury needs."
