Morningside Shopping Centre's award winning year
The Morningside Shopping Centre's recent Retail Design and Development Spectrum Award from the South African Council of Shopping Centres, rounds off a successful year for the centre's architects and developers, MDS Architecture, Grapnel Property Group and Flanagan & Gerard Property Development and Investment.
It adds this to the SAPOA Innovative Excellence in Property Development Awards 2010 and three regional Special Star Awards, recognising excellence and innovation, which included the top Retail Design and Development Award for South African shopping centres under 25 000 sqm.
