Free packaging award entries opening tomorrow
Entries for the Pentawards and Avery Dennison Self-Promotion Beverage Awards are open from 1-28 February 2011. To celebrate the fifth annual Pentawards, all designers from all around the world are invited to participate free of charge in a special competition dedicated solely to the creation of self-promotion through packaging design.
Requirements
- All packaging creations for beverages (wines, spirits, beers, soft drinks, etc), created by designers (agencies, freelancers, etc) to promote their creativity, as gifts to their relations for any occasion (New Year, holidays, anniversary, events, etc.) in the last five years are eligible.
- The creations must have been produced in at least 20 copies.
- There is no limit to the number of entries per participant.
Awards
The awards will be given out at the official Pentawards ceremony in New York in September 2011. There will be one Gold, two Silver and two Bronze. In addition to the Pentaward trophy, the gold winner will receive from Avery Dennison, free label printing of his/her next self-promotion product.
The 5th worldwide Pentawards competition (all categories) will be open from 4 April to 20 May 2011.
