Three more Ciao flavours, includes new light options
KWV has launched three new variants to its ready-to-serve (RTS) cocktail offering, Ciao, including light options. Two of the three new variants have less than 99 calories per serving, offering the same taste with 5.5% alcohol by volume.
The new Light flavours include Cosmo Light, made with vodka and cranberry and Paradise Bliss Light, made with vodka and passion fruit. The third is Vodcano, a vodka and raspberry blend.
"Because consumers have embraced the first three variants and the premix cocktail segment is growing at 729%, KWV SA has introduced these options," says Anna-Marie Marks, category manager for KWV SA.
The pre-mix cocktails come in 2-litre boxes and contain an average of 10 servings per box. It keeps for six weeks after opening and the recommended retail price is R69.65.
