Menlyn tops in Tshwane
Based on a survey on the Tshwane Municipal District conducted during May/June 2007, Menlyn Park shopping centre was voted best shopping centre in the Tshwane municipal district.
The centre received the prestigious Diamond Arrow Award after beating the competition in the survey, which was based on the perceptions of the respondents – corporate companies and senior government officials in the municipal district and involved a total of 2 984 ratings and nominations from the municipal district.
Companies and institutions were rated against the following criteria:
* Companies/institutions that have done most to enhance economic growth and development of the municipal district
* Management
* Corporate governance
