Reputed to be a first: Black child diagnosed with progeria

According to AP, via Google News, Ontlametse, the tiny girl refers to herself as "the first lady". Yet, despite being diagnosed with the aging disease that will probably see her living no longer than a couple more years, she dreams of the future. She is reputed to be the first Black child to be diagnosed with the disease.
