Adnec acquires Etihad Holidays
As part of its global expansion strategies, Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (Adnec) has acquired Etihad Holidays.
Etihad Holidays will be integrated into Tourism 365, which represents Adnec's tourism promotion business. The decision will further support the UAE's tourism sector, given Adnec's extensive experience and capabilities across the tourism industry.
Capital Experience, Tourism 365's destination management arm, will be the exclusive supplier of hotels, transfers and attractions in the UAE for Etihad Holidays.
Etihad Holidays offering will combine Etihad Airways' product with packages in different source markets to key destinations including Abu Dhabi, the wider UAE, Thailand, the Seychelles and the Maldives.
