Manley Communications announces representation of Pastis Bistro Brasserie

Perception management consultancy, Manley Communications, is proud to announce their representation this month of the popular Constantia venue, Pastis Bistro Brasserie.

Established in 2004, Pastis offers traditional French-inspired fare in a relaxed and scenic café setting. Under the guidance of new owner, Derek Marshall, and recently appointed Michelin-Star-trained head chef, Steve van Graan, the venue is set to attract new attention as the team implements their strategy to achieve greater culinary heights.
