Ayo Technology acquires shares in British Telecommunications SA

Ayo Technology Solutions Limited has acquired 30% of shares in British Telecommunications South Africa (BTSA).

The deal is in line with the growth plans and parameters of Ayo Technology's pre-listing-statement (PLS) in 2017.

Ayo Technology acquired the shares in BTSA from African Equity Empowerment Investments Limited (AEEI).
