Colourful confidence

The first blossoms of colour in the trees is enough to put a spring in anyone's step, and so it goes, that colour can influence consumers on an emotional level too. Callie van der Merwe takes a closer look at how the use of colour used in-store can affect consumer buying behaviour.

Estee Cockcroft unpacks new packaging trends from the point of view of the price-conscious consumer.

In research this week, retail confidence is rising, according to the latest EY/BER survey; with the South African Customer Satisfaction Index also showing a high rating for soft drink producers.

Have a colourful week!
