As an AI Lead Engineer – IDEA (Insights, Data, and Enterprise Analytics), you will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI solutions across voice and digital channels, including AI voice bots, chatbots, and NLP solutions. Leadership skills are essential.

• Production deployment and APIs
• African-language AI technologies
