A company in George, within the autobody industry, is seeking an administrative assistant to join their team on 1 June 2024.

Personal attributes:

Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong and resilient, capable of maintaining composure under pressure.
Tough and assertive, able to handle direct and often blunt communication.

Requirements:

Experience in an administration role within relevant industry
Computer literate on Pastel and MS Office
Switchboard experience

Responsibilities:

Ordering of stationary and personal protective equipment (PPE)
Processing and creating debtors' invoices
Processing of Creditors' invoices and statements
Filing
Switchboard management
Reception duties
Recording and allocation of transferred payments
Experience processing any payments via card machine and receiving of cash
Monthly banking of cash payments
Wage processing duties
Managing of personnel files as part of HR duties
Processing of Rand Mutual Assurance Claims
Processing of SAF (sick and accident fund) and AHP (additional holiday pay)
PA duties (occasional)

Salary: R10,000 basic
