Job description
Do you have a background in draughting and a passion for sales? We're looking for a motivated Technical Sales Representative to help grow our CNC and Laser cutting services.This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands technical drawings, enjoys working with clients, and has the confidence to identify opportunities, close deals, and build lasting relationships.
*Minimum requirements*
- NB:Must be a Draughtsman
- Matric and a post matric draughting qualification
- Minimum 2 years' draughting experience
- Proficiency in CAD or similar design software
- Understanding of technical drawings
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Valid driver's licence (own vehicle advantageous)
- Willing to travel locally for client visits
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Generate and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Conduct cold calling and client visits
- Provide after sales support
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams
- Conduct site visits and take measurements when required
- Basic salary plus performance based commission
- Training and support on CNC services and applications
- Long term career growth in a dynamic and expanding business
