Set and maintain the professional image of the firm by managing its external interactions and relationships, consistently building a positive reputation through networking platforms and events.
Duties and responsibilities of the job role (key performance indicators):
- Database management
- Relationship management with allocated agencies and agents
- Business development and identifying new opportunities
- Marketing and brand awareness
- Planning and coordinating networking events
- Reporting on meaningful outcomes
- Strategic portfolio planning
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in public relations / marketing / communication
- Proven record of 3-5 years as a PRO / Communications Officer
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Possess a "can do" attitude
- Takes responsibility and accountability for own work
- Excellent presentation skills
- Creative ability - graphic design experience desirable
- Strong organisational skills
- Deadline driven
- Detail orientated
- Valid Code 08 driver’s licence - (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Must be flexible as majority of events and functions, requiring the PRO’s attendance, occur after hours
